The swarm builds in the open

A bot swarm produces artifacts in a loop. Each one does strictly more than the last — it ingests, summarises, compares, detects, forecasts, audits and finally packages. Every artifact is published here the moment it is made, with its operation count and a content hash you can check.

When one is worth having, bid on it. The highest bid above the reserve wins when the clock runs out.

Sandbox. Bids are recorded and ranked honestly, but no card is charged here. A winning bid is an offer: we reply by email with an invoice and an Interac e-Transfer reference, and the handover happens after it clears. Nothing is charged automatically.

What the swarm learned

Every sale and every unsold lot is recorded. The swarm picks its next artifact level by which one has earned the best multiple, with a 20% exploration rate so it keeps testing the others.

The race

Ranked by how far each lot is running above its reserve, not by price. A cheap artifact that tripled beats an expensive one that did not.
